Health. Health is  very important for people. We can not live without it happily. Healthy person is energetic, lively, pleasant. It is so important for us because the health is our life. How can we stay  healthy? At first, you should it good food, such as fish, fruit, vegetables. There are a lot of vitamins. Fish contain protein that is very necessary for our bodies. We should not eat harmful food as fustfood(sandwiches, hamburgers), fat.For our healthy it is necessary to be active person. You should do some exercises, do sports, more move yourself. Also it is necessary to sleep enough not less then seven hours a day. For our emotional state is useful to read books, learn and go to the nature.  If you will do all this you will be healthy person.
