I am writing to you from Russia, Moscow. Recently I was at The eternal flame near Unkown soldiers grave. The Eternal flame is protected by a group of men called The Guard of honour. Present guard was formed by president Boris Eltcin December 12 1997. Relieving the guard happen every hour every day regardless of the weather and time of year.
