i really like taekwondo, although i do not do it myself. this martial art attracts me primarily with its philosophy, because it brings up not only the strength of the body, but also the spirit.

taekwondo teaches fighters to be honest with themselves
and with the opponent, treating him with respect. do not lose your temper in stressful situations, do not give up in front of difficulties, and, despite the circumstances, always go to your goal.

work and discipline are also the main principles of taekwondo. only diligently training and
working on yourself, the athlete can get a black belt (first dan), indicating the highest mastery of this martial art. but this can happen at best after 2.5-4 years of continuous training.
