So, my main aim to introduce what are bad habits and favourable habits. For instance, a man who is only 16 smokes everyday, but at the same time he does do exercises like running, cycling and so on. But, the research carried out by the British scientists introduced that mixing the bad habit with the good one makes non sense. Because, as we know only one habit can just destroy all of your good things that you have. Thus, all of us must delete our negative habits at all, since it is extremely dangerous and harmful for our life and health.
