2. Put the preposition of time in/at/on where necessary and read this text. MY WORKING DAY
(1)… weekdays the alarm-clock wakes me up (2)…6.30 and my working day begins. I’m not an early riser, that’s why it’s difficult for me to get out of bed (3)… such time. I go to the bathroom, take a warm shower, and brush my teeth. After that I go to my room to get dressed.
I always have breakfast which is usually made by my mother, but sometimes I cook it myself. I leave home (4)… 7.30 and go to work by underground.
(5)… last year I finished school and tried to enter Moscow University, but unfortunately, I failed my examinations and began working.
I usually arrive at work (6)… an hour after leaving the house. (7)… one o’clock (8)… the afternoon we have lunch in a small café just round the corner. Our lunch break lasts one hour and then we continue to work till 17.00. During a working day we also have several short coffee breaks, but sometimes we have much work and no time for breaks.
I come home (9)… about 7 o’clock (10)… the evening. I have supper with my parents, watch TV, read something or play computer games. I try to go to bed not too late, because if I do it (11)… weekdays, I can be very tired by the end of a week. And all I can do (12)… weekends is to sleep till noon, stay at home and do nothing.
