The main environmental problems of the present among which climate change, exhaustion of an ozone layer, desertification, decrease in biological diversity, pollution of waters of the World Ocean have no frontiers and have to be solved all world community. For fight against the developed ecological situation are created and effectively the so-called "green" organizations function, among which "Green Peace", "World Wide Fund for Nature", any state or public nature protection initiatives are the most known (for example, Red List system). It is necessary to distinguish introduction of ecologically effective and resource-saving technologies, raw materials, production and equipment, rational use of natural resources from the most effective solutions of environmental problems. So, steps on introduction in the municipal sphere and on recycling production of technologies – universal and one of the main sources of pollution of all natural spheres are quite real already now. Prompt development of the market of consumption involves the continuous growth of volumes of education and accumulation of municipal waste that does a problem of their utilization of one of the most important problems of mankind. In this regard, processing of waste, gets a special role for each certain state and the planet in general. Thus, processing of waste, along with that has huge ecological effect, can be favorable and from the economic point of view. So, by estimates of experts, about 60% of waste are potential secondary raw materials which can be processed and favourably realized.
