All of these things can happened within the next 25 years, but only one can cause another consequence. For example in some ways it is surprising that gene therapy hasn't been more successful in treating cancer. Gene therapy is where a working gene is added to a cell that has a broken gene. And cancer is caused by broken genes. But cancer results from damage in lots of different genes. In fact, many of the over 200 kinds of cancer are probably caused by different broken genes. This means gene therapy would probably need to add different genes to many or all of these different cancers. Cancer is also caused by genes with mistakes. It is a genetic disease. But it isn't exactly the same as other genetic diseases. This is because cancer usually happens when a gene becomes damaged after we are born. For example, sunlight can damage a gene. Or sometimes our cells accidentally damage their own DNA (ДНК). Either way, broken genes sometimes lead to cancer.
Another example: Without drugs your chances of surviving severe malaria are nil. With drugs you should make it but, worryingly, even many medicines are losing their effectiveness. Drug resistance is a major threat. We know from history that every time we think we have outsmarted malaria, we learn the humbling lesson that we are dealing with a very wily parasite. Through universal coverage with current methods, and with the new tools in development, it's possible to save millions of lives in the near term, and may be able to eradicate malaria not in 25 but in the next 40 years I'm sure.
The only thing of this list is impossible to realize next 25 years because I think that the humanity is not ready to live 150 years. Otherwise I would call it as singularity!
