Basketball has many negative and positive things about it in my opinion. I love to watch and play the game, basketball is a very entertaining sport and can be played by anyone. Basketball is known as a good pastime in many people’s eyes but can also be seen as a passion for many others.
Basketball is one of the best things I can do with my friends. I see basketball as a fun and easy way to have fun rather than sitting on the couch all day playing video games or watching television. One reason why I love basketball is because you need only yourself to play the game or you can play with other people. I prefer to play with others rather than just playing alone. I see playing alone as a time better yourself and playing with other people is to have fun. You can meet tons of new people and you are able to play with your friends for hours without getting one thought of boredom.
People all over the world are fond of sports and games. That is one of the things in which people of any nationality are united. All kinds of physical exercises are useful to make our bodies strong enough to keep ourselves fit and healthy. Physically inactive people fall ill more often and get old earlier than those who have plenty of exercises. If you do daily exercises, you feel refreshed, organized and disciplined, you stay in good shape, you have a good posture.
Even if you don't plan to make a career in sports you still have to practice. Regular exercises give you more energy. That is why many people who suffer from general tiredness should take more exercise.
