Marat Bisengaliev Simatovic — known Kazakhstan violinist virtuoso and conductor. Most of the time living and working in the UK and India.Marat Bisengaliev was born in 1962 in Alma-ATA. In 1969, he entered the Republican secondary special music school named. K. Baiseitova, the class of violin and graduated in 1979 (studied including Oleg Shulpyakov and eighth grade Nina Patrusheva).In 1990 he married a British flautist Stine Wilson and moved to live in England. Daughter from her Aruhan Galieva (born. 1991) — British singer (soprano) and actress who has participated in the recordings of the father and acted in National Youth theatre[1]. After the divorce Bisengaliev married a Frenchwoman, Vassilia, which has a daughter Soray. Live in a small village of Oxspring, South Yorkshire, near Sheffield.In 1989 Bisengaliev creates in Alma-ATA, the chamber orchestra "Altyn-Alma".

В том же году приглашён на турне по Англии. На одном из концертов Марат исполнил скрипичный концерт Яна Сибелиуса и потряс слушателей своей эмоциональной раскрепощённостью и глубиной интерпретации. Присутствовавший на концерте продюсер звукозаписывающей компании «Наксос» Дэвид Дэнтон в тот же день предложил скрипачу контракт на запись его концертного репертуара.
