have берём со всеми лицами ( I-я; we-мы; you-ты, вы; they-они)

has только с 3м лицом, ед. числа ( he-он;  she-она;  или it- оно, он, она - с неодуш. сущ-ми, или с сущ., обозначающими животных)

In the countries of the European culture of the New Year is celebrated on January 1st. With all the variety, the New Year and Christmas holidays in different countries have in common: it's farewell to the old year, hopes that troubles remain in the past, and in the new year things will get better.
