We've been having a great time in Siena! Although it wasn't the best start. We arrived very late on Wednesday night and discovered that our room didn't exist and the hotel didn't have any other rooms available. I've dealt with the owners of many small hotels through the years, but I've never met one as kind and generous as Signora Tenaglia. She called all over town until she found a really nice room for us, and she also invited us to have a home-cooked meal with her. We haven't done it yet, but we have decided to do it on Tuesday.
