I am sure, the main thing about school neither education nor good marks. The idea of learning at school is devised in such a way that, in parallel with education, we would develop communication skills, learn to live and be able to find our place in society.
At my school I also feel stressed and lack of free time.
In school, teachers scare children with exams. They assure us that our future life depends on the exam.Because of this, students are afraid and try study all day and night. But they forget about such important things as relax, their hobbies, friends and so on. But good results of exams are not a guarantee of a good future.
I think that it is important to set priorities correctly. You have to spend your time for everything, not just for learning. It's important to remember : there's enough where there's not too much.
And finally , I'd like to give some piece of advice: Do not be afraid. There are no unsolvable problems.
