Затем Мальчик-с-пальчик заглянул в шкаф в комнате Джейн, взял одежду Джейн и выбросил ее в окно. Хунка Мунка отнесла стул, книжный шкаф, клетку, и одежду Люсинды вниз. Книжный шкаф и клетка не влезали в мышиную нору. Хунка Мунка оставила их на полу. Но она забрала (унесла)  постельное белье в мышиную нору.Однажды утром Люсинда и Джейн отправились на прогулку на кукольной машине. Вдруг пришли два мышонка. Это были Мальчик-с-пальчик и Хунка Мунка. Мыши вошли в кукольный домик. Они открыли дверь и пошли наверх. Они увидели мясо, рыбу, пирог и апельсины на столе. Мыши были счастливы! Мальчик-с-пальчик взял мясо. Он хотел съесть его, но это было нелегко. Вдруг мясо разбилось. Под краской была глина! Мальчик-с-пальчик и Хунка Мунка сломали торт, рыбу и апельсины. Кукольный домик был красный с белыми окнами и дверью. Он был очень красивым. Это был дом двух кукол, Люсинды и Джейн.Вдруг маленькие девочки вернулись. Мыши убежали в свою нору.

But there was no snake. 'It's a joke. There isn't really a snake' said the girl laughing. Mum was very angry with the girl. She didn't laugh at her joke. The next day, girl saw real snake by feet. The girl was very scared, she shouted "Help! Help, snake". But this time mum stayed at home. "There isn't really a snake" she said, singing. 'You are telling lies'. Mum didn't believe the girl. And she started to cry.
