1.) As for me, I'm for a school uniform, because when you wear some formal clothes it makes you more organized and concentrated. Besides, It's easier to wear the same clothes every day, because you needn't make a choice. (Что касается меня, я за школьную форму, т.к. когда человек носит формальную одежду, это делает его более организованным и сконцентрированным. Кроме того, легче носить одну одежду каждый день, т.к. не нужно делать выбор.)

2. I think students should wear a school uniform at school. Boys should wear dark trousers, a light shirt and a waistcoat. Girls should wear a dark skirt and a light blouse. (Я думаю, что ученики должны носить форму в школу. Мальчики должны надевать темные брюки, светлую рубашке и жилет. Девочки должны носить темную юбку и светлую блузку.)

How do you understand a “healthy lifestyle”?


I think that having a healthy lifestyle means exercising a lot and I am also sure that someone  needs to eat fruit and vegetables as well.  

Healthy lifestyle is more popular nowadays because people are more educated about  what is and is not healthy. They know that they need exercise, and people are also able to make  better decisions about what they should eat because food products now have lists of ingredients. This  means people can now avoid unhealthy products.   I believe I have a healthy lifestyle. I go to the gym twice a week, and I eat vegetables at every meal.  What to do to keep fit? As for me, in order to keep fit, I go to the gym. I lift weights, run, and swim.

I know that scientists say that a person needs eight hours of sleep a day. However, I think  that six or seven hours is enough for me. I don't get tired during the day, even when I sleep less than  eight hours. I am afraid that I don't eat at a definite time every day. I eat breakfast when I wake up, and  that time often changes. I usually have lunch around midday, but I only eat dinner if I am hungry.                                                                                                            In conclusion, а healthy lifestyle makes a person feel happier. When you are healthy, no depression threatens to you. Therefore, it is necessary to try to develop healthy habits.
