My favorite dish is borscht. Perhaps the most important ingredient in this dish is beets. It gives it a bright beetroot color and rich taste. Next comes cabbage, carrots, beans, potatoes and other vegetables to taste.

I like to eat borsch with sour cream and garlic donuts.

I like to eat  borscht hot, but before that, let it brew for two to three hours. The most delicious borscht is made by my grandmother.

She also bakes homemade bread. Well, borscht is certainly tastier with homemade bread and sour cream.
