In my opinion government is responsible for the population's health. the most important thing they must do is the highest level of development of Ministry of Health. country has to take care of cleanliness of air,quality of products,water quality, etc. i think no less important is price of medicaments. if they are expensive, people try to buy cheaper and of lower quality,then they have problems.also is necessary to buy new and the best devices to treat people. in conclusion i can say that population's health is possibly and not so hard. as said Arthur Schopenhauer "Nine-tenths of our happiness depends on health.
