Tom studied at the University logistics. He was working part time as a barman in a caffee for the past year. When he had graduated, he started looking for a full-time job. Many companies offered him a job because of the experience that he had gained at the previous place. He found a job in a larger company in a month after his dismissal. A year later his salary was increased, and the year after he was promoted.
Tom has been workings in this company for four years. Now he heads the logistics department. At the moment, their company is expanding. One of the employees of the Department has recently retired. Tom is looking for two new employees to the Department now.
This week dozens of resumes were sent. Tom studied half of them yesterday, the rest of the resumes isn`t still examined. Tom will meet with the first candidate in two or three days.
