My cherished dream is to visit Great Britain someday. At our English lessons we often "travel" throughout this country. There are a lot of wonderful sights there. And I would like to see everything with my own eyes.
And if I had such opportunity , first of all I would go to London to walk along the streets and hear the English speech and, I hope , that I would understand, what the English are speaking about . And, of course, I would try to communicate with them in their native language.
Then I would go to the Buckingham palace to see the real Queen there. I am sure she is as kind as my grandmother! And, of course, I would admire the Changing of the Guard. One day I saw this wonderful show on TV!
After that I would visit the London Tower and feed the ravens. They say, if the ravens fly away, the Tower will ruin?! Is it true?!Returning home, I would buy souvenirs to all my relatives and friends. And as for me the trip to Great Britain would be the greatest gift!
The person that has always loved me in a remarkable way is my sister Paulina. She has always helped me in every way possible. She makes me feel loved because she enjoys hanging out with me at the weekends. She is 20 and now she is away at college, so I miss her a great deal. She is older than me and I know that she doesn't need anyone to tell her what to do, but she still asks my advice on what to wear, or how to do her hair. This makes me feel happy and loved because I know that she really values my opinion as not only a sister, but a best friend as well. Whenever I get in trouble she is always there to cheer me up. I view her as my role model and want to follow her footsteps. I know that I can always trust my sister. For instance, she keeps my secrets when I tell her about them, and I am sure, she does not reveal any of my secrets to anyone else because she is very honest. I believe I’m blessed to have a sister and a best-friend like Paulina because she loves me for who I am.
