Ученикам позволено свободно говорить об их проблемах в школе и дома. Ученики могут приходить в школу, когда они хотят. Школьные правила должны быть демократическими: ни строгими ни слишком свободные. Так же было бы здорово иметь школьную газету и радио. Радио может быть использовано не только для вещания новостей, но также и для подготовки к концертам самых талантливых учеников.
