International rock festival, which took place in the soviet union on september 28 [specified] in 1991 on the tushino airfield in moscow. the concert was held shortly after the august coup, coup rotary (19-21 august) and was the final concert tour of the festival «monsters of rock» (previously held in great britain (donington, august 17), the netherlands (nijmegen, september 1), the united germany (mainz, september 7), italy (modena, september 14) and the former "eastern bloc" - poland (chorzow, august 13) and hungary (budapest, august 22).
