I try to be responsible when it comes to saving natural resources. In my everyday life I have a lot of chances to do this. For example, I never leave water running when I brush my teeth, turning it off even for few minutes can save dosens of litres. I don't usually buy reusable shopping bags, but I always take my own shopping bag when I go shopping. It saves me money and at the same time I don't need to buy more plastic which - as we all know - is impossible to recycle. At home my family has reusable tableware. I don't really think of rechargeable batteries as of the way to save natural resources, I usually buy them because it's a lot cheaper than other types of batteries, but still - it helps, doesn't it? And I never ask to print any checks when I'm withdrawing money. Instead of this I prefer viewing bank statements on screen. When I check in at the hotel I never ask reception manager to print me useless papers, I don't need it and it's waste of paper, i.e. trees. Speaking about hotels. I usually use the same towel for few days without asking a new one, because it's well known that tons of washing powder come into the waters and pollute them. So why to add more? Even one person can help to save environment. And if everybody follow we will achieve a lot!
