Sport helps people to be in good physical shape, and besides it builds character and willpower. Sports promote health. Even a simple morning exercises to music energizes the whole day.I've always liked active sports. How many myself I remember, always played in a variety of outdoor games. And received from this incredible pleasure! So parents enrolled me at table tennis. This is a very interesting sport in which you want to show quick reactions, good coordination of movements, concentration. When I play, it fascinated me entirely! I like this sport because there is no congestion, it is not very traumatic, but develops flexibility, coordination, endurance and muscle strength.
