My favourite book is "Greatcoat" written by Nikolai Gogol.
This book is about a retiring and poor clerk from Saint Petersburg who sees his meaning of life in his work. He does his job very well and everyone secretly respects him for that; but his colleagues often tease him, and their teasing sometimes is cruel. But a poor clerk doesn't put attention to their jokes, he keeps working hard.
One day his old shabby greatcoat became absolutely unusable. He decided to buy a new greatcoat but he needed to save a lot of money for that. After long time he finally saved enough money and he bought a new greatcoat with a great joy. It was a luxury for him to buy a new thing and he was incredibly happy.
After buying a new greatcoat he became popular among his colleagues and he was invited to a party to someone's house. He came there and he didn't feel very happy.
Then on his way home some robbers stole his greatcoat and ran away. The clerk tried to stop them and to call the police but no one helped him.
Then he died because he was made ill from cold that evening.
At the end of the story a ghost of the poor clerk took his greatcoat back from the back of a Very Important person and flew away.
The justice was done.

Моя любимая книга - "Шинель", написанная Николаем Гоголем.
Эта книга о скромном и бедном секретаре из Санкт-Петербурга, который видел смысл своей жизни в работе. Он делал свою работу очень хорошо, и все тайно его за это уважали; но его коллеги часто подшучивали над ним, и их шутки иногда были жестокими. Однако бедный секретарь не обращал на их шутки внимания, он продолжал усердно работать.
Однажды его старая потертая шинель стала абсолютно негодной. Он решил купить новую, но для этого ему нужно было накопить много денег. Спустя долгое время он наконец накопил достаточно денег и купил новую шинель с большой радостью. Покупка новой вещи была для него роскошью, и он был невероятно счастлив.
После покупки новой шинели он стал популярным среди своих коллег, его пригласили на ужин в чей-то дом. Он появился там, но не чувствовал себя там счастливым.

My favourite season is summer. My holidays began and it’s not necessary to wake up early and go to school. In June of this year I had a rest in the sports training camp. The time I spent there was very interesting and joyous. I made new friends and learnt much. We played football and volleyball. We were taught how to condition us to the cold. We had a shower bath every morning. When my father saw me he said that I’d grown up. In July I spent time with my grandmother and grandfather in their village. My grandfather went fishing and to the forest to gather mushrooms and berries with me. He taught me how to recognize edible mushrooms and orientate in the forest. I helped my grandmother with housekeeping every day. In the evenings I read books or went for a walk with my friends. In August my parents took a month’s holiday and we went to have a rest to the South together. Every day we sunbathed and swam in the sea. The weather was wonderful. We went to watch waterfalls and we were at lake in mountains. I spent my summer well and I was full of impressions.
