II. Rewrite the following passage in the passive
The Government made an important decision last night. They will ban all cars from the centre of town as pollution is seriously affecting people’s health. They will allow only bicycles and buses to enter the town centre. They are making plans for a new environmental police force. After all, they must do something before it is too late.

Russia is the largest state in the world which situated in two parts of the world -Europe and Asia. Russia has the longest border in the world. Including marine border with USA and Japan , it borders with others 14 states , most of them were part of the Soviet Union. Three oceans wash Russia: Atlantic seas -in the West and South , Pacific seas-from West. In the Arctic Ocean's seas live animals like margins, seals and white bears. If talk about fishes-there are herrings,cod cod, halibut. Earlier this seas, especially The Barents and the White Sea , were full of fish ,but ,unfortunately ,too intensive fishing, led to a decrease in inventories.

I have got a family. It is big and friendly. There are four members in my family. They are my mum, dad, brother and me.

I have got a mum. Her name is Lena. She is thirty-five. My mum is clever and kind. She is a housewife. My mum is good at cooking. Every day she cleans the rooms, washes the dishes and doesn`t let my brother and me fight.

I have got a father. His name is Dima. My father is handsome and serious. He is very busy and works a lot. My father is fond of playing computer games.At the weekends we play games together. Also, he helps me with my homework and my mum with housework. He is the best dad in the world!
