12 Peter (has been) a junior clerk for three years. Lately he (has been looking) for a better post but so far he (has not found) anything.
It's been a pleasure to hear from you. I should have written to you sooner, but I was very busy with my studies.
Anyway, it seems I haven't seen you for ages. I'm already starting to miss you. What I wanted to ask is - do you want to come to my town for a couple of days? It would be so nice to see you. If you want, you can stay at my house. My family will be very glad to meet you. You can come either in the end of the month or even this weekend. We can do so many things when you come. I can show you some places of interest in my town, we can go for a ride in the park. Just don't forget your skateboard. Can't wait for you to come.
Looking forward to getting your letter. See you soon.
Best wishes
