In the academic, students are shamed for not using musical text. this is backwards! paper music used to be high tech in the 17th century, but mozart of today record cds or mp3s to make their music popular. paper is not often used today in professionals rehearsals, it is used only to put down new lyrics or a key change. all of us have a native ability for music. natural ear music school, opened in austin ( texas, usa) in 1991, was the first school of its kind, teaching music by ear instead of using sheet music
