It is not a secret that our meals influence much on our health and our mood. That’s why I consider breakfast to be the most important meal in the day as it is the first our meal and it can put us in good spirits or it can’t. Now I shall tell you about my breakfast. In the morning I usually have porridge. I often start my breakfast with a cereal which is not cooked, it is something dry, ready to be eaten or muesli – some grain or porridge which is not cooked with dried fruit, nuts and so on. I also like eggs (cooked in different ways). I don’t practically eat butter, I prefer soft margarine – made of vegetable fat, which is not heavy and creamy. I don’t eat jam at breakfast, I eat marmalade which is not sweet, there is slight bitterness; it’s rather pleasant. I usually don’t have substantial breakfast on weekdays, I do it on weekends when I get up late. Very often I have just tea or coffee with sandwiches. Tea is usually taken by me with milk. I like very strong tea without sugar. Sometimes when I am in hurry I don’t have time to have proper breakfast and I go to the university being hungry. In such case I usually buy something like «Snickers» or «Mars» on my way to the Alma Mater.
Finishing school , millions of young people begin an independent life . They can begin to work or continue to do business school to get a higher education . Almost every Russian city has one or more institutions. In Moscow and St. Petersburg are dozens of them . If you want to get a profession , you can enroll in a vocational school . They say that in the world there are more than 2,000 jobs , so make a choice and decide quite difficult . Some people do their own choice, and some follow the advice of their parents. Many times I asked myself: "What I want to do after graduation ? " Several years ago I was definitely difficult to answer this question. Over time I have changed many times over the decision to what science or production I specialize. It was difficult to decide and choose from hundreds of professions one that would suit me best. What are the main reasons for choosing a future profession ? First, it should be interesting to you . Exciting activity that you really enjoy - it's an important part of happiness in life. Then you should consider the need to earn a living. The most amazing work does not bring you satisfaction, if you are starving . In addition, there is a very urgent problem of unemployment : you need to choose a profession that you can then find a job. A couple of years ago I wanted to become a doctor. I thought it was a very noble profession . In the 8th and 9th grade I was given good biology and chemistry . I wanted to help people who have had health problems. I knew that the doctor should be noble in work and in life , kind and considerate to the people responsible and reasonable , honest and prudent . A doctor who is selfish and dishonest, can not be a good professional . I tried as much as possible to develop a good character traits . Now I had already decided who to be . I want to become a teacher. I know that a good teacher become very difficult. You must know perfectly the subject you teach , you must be well educated and well informed. Ignorant teacher teaches ignorance, fearful teacher teaches fear, boredom bored teacher teaches . But a good teacher develops in his pupils eagerness for knowledge and love of truth and beauty. Once said John Stein - bey , a great teacher - it's a great artist, but you know how little the world of great artists. Teaching, perhaps the greatest of the arts . Educate their children - a big responsibility. I think that's why teachers are in deep respect . More and more people realize that every educated person should know a foreign language . That's why I'm going to become an English teacher . I liked the English, when we started to teach him , and it is still one of my favorite subjects . English wrote many very different and very interesting writers . In literature classes we read a bit in Russian Shakespeare and other writers of Great Britain , and I would like to read them all in the original. I will try to enter the Faculty of Foreign Studies University . In Russian universities are studying 5 years. After graduation you become a certified teacher of English or a translator . University education is deep and multifaceted . Some students go to graduate school to pursue a career in science . Most university graduates become teachers and return to school . I know that the work of a teacher is very difficult. The teacher can not say that he knows everything in its field. He continues to study his subject throughout its operations to be able to answer any question . It must be a model of competence.
