Артикль the употребляется со специфическими или определенными существительными.Артикль a/an, напротив, используется с существительными, не имеющими выдающихся признаков.
1)Исходя из этого можно понять,что в первом ставится «а», так как бутылка -просто бутылка,вместе с которой может стоять ещё куча таких же,у неё нет того,что бы ее выделяло
2) Во втором случае мы ставим «the», так как этот стол определённый- он стоит на кухне и он единственный,это его выделяет,а значит ставим «the»

In addition, there is another special feature of this state – it does not have such a document as the constitution, instead of it exists a very special set of rules, which every citizen of Great Britain should follow. The parliament in the country consists of three parts. It is the Monarch, the House of Lords and the House of Commons.
