Сейчас задумался над первым вопросом, и думаю там вполне может быть и false. В тексте написано что если не сдал, то обычно можно пересдавать экзамены дважды (возможно намекают, что это не железное правило и иногда пересдавать можно больше двух раз?) А также вопрос не совсем точный: If a student fails in an exam he is allowed to (re)take it, but only twice. Думаю там должно быть retake. + не понятно что они имеют ввиду под "only twice", звучит как будто строго не больше двух пересдач. Но в тексте сказано "usually" а не "only", поэтому у меня закралась мысль, что ответ может быть и false.
