Окончание isn't you или don't you, зависит от того в каком времени стоит предложение. Брется вс глагол этого времени и местоимения из тоего предложения. Если предложение отрицательное, то окончание будет положительным, а если предложение утвердительное, то конец отрицательный. По русски мы в таких предложениях говорим "Не правда ли?" или что-то подобное. Тоесть don't you это present simple, a aren't you это present continious.
