When you climb upstairs you  see a large bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet.
When you go downstairs you see a study (the cabinet), a kitchen and a nice living room.
или:
Upstairs there is a large bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
There is a living-room, Dad's study and a kitchen downstairs.
