My family healthy diet.
Hi, my name is Dana and today I am going to tell you about eating habits in my family.
We pay great attention to healthy eating. It became our good habit. From different articles about health we know that a healthy diet gives us energy, builds and protects our bodies, so we stay healthy physically and mentally.
Breakfast is the main meal of the day. First, we start our day with breakfast, we never miss it. Without breakfast our body won’t wake up and we will stay without energy. Moreover, we don’t eat the same food every morning, our body needs a variety of food.
Nutrient-rich foods are good for health. By the way, recently we found out that there are four main categories of food we need to eat every day: fruits and vegetables, which containfibre;grains,or carbohydrates, which include such foods as bread, pasta and potato; andproteins such as meat, beans, eggs and fish.Dairy productsare also important, because we get calcium from them. So, take into account this information and your lunch will be perfect.
Our body needs different types of food. Also, it is important to remember about balanced proportions. Eat a little bit of sugar and fat, more proteins and lots of fruits and vegetables. Between meals eat something healthy, for example, any fruit, nuts, kefir.
The last meal of the day is as important as the first one. After a hard day we have the last meal - dinner. Usually we have different vegetable salads with boiled chicken or fish for dinner. Don’t eat much and too late. And then go to sleep, it will help you feel good during the next day.
To be healthy is easier than you think. In conclusion, remember, we are – what we eat. If you want to live without health and weight problems and enjoy your life, just eat healthily.
