I thought about my eating habits.Therefore I was eating more fruit and vegetables and drunk plenty of water.But I did not give myself the chance to relax.I had training each day for this tournament, because of my anxiety getting a loss.Training every day did not give me it.I got a victory.You can rejoice ,because of me.Also I want to tell you that we will meet in next week.
