what is the schedule of the working day?
morning check-in at 8: 50. every morning 5 lessons, with a 20 minute break after the first three lessons. lunch from 12: 35 to 2 o'clock allows extra-curricular work activity. the last lesson ends at 2 o'clock.
when does the school open and close?
usually opens at 6am and closes at 10pm. however, we love it when the boys arrive from 8 o'clock and after school they can work in the library until 5 o'clock.
do children study on saturday?
no lessons on saturday. every saturday, the school can have 300 boys and 30 school employees for activities such as sports, music, drama club, all at will.
how do the boys get to school?
some go on foot, many by bicycle. many people go on 111, 70 or 285 buses, which stop outside (translator's note: this means outside the school). there are a lot of school buses, and about 300 students ride them. our catchment area is huge and we understand the importance of good transport conditions.
how are the boys organized?
they are in classes of about 25 people, usually less, sometimes more. in sixth grade, classes can be in single digits. each class has its own class teacher.

there are computers all over the school. we have two information technology laboratories with modern equipment with internet access. modern language classes also have computers. the use of them is to study and the learning tool is distributed throughout the curriculum.
how do you teach science?
all three sciences are taught as separate subjects of biology, chemistry and physics by certified teachers.
what languages are there in school?
modern languages are french, german, spanish and russian. and one of the first three can be chosen as the first language, with the option to start learning a second language in the third grade. all boys take latin in the first grade, as it is a good intellectual discipline that supports english and modern languages by teaching accuracy and grammar.
is there a setting?
in the first class it is not. there is a small setting in modern languages in the second grade and in mathematics from the third grade: in these two subjects, the higher setts take the gcse exams a year earlier.
boys are rewarded for their good studies and behavior?
there is an annual awards ceremony. the best teachers and class leaders contact the parents if they are interested in the success of their children and they also write and tell them if they are partially satisfied with the progress of the student's studies.

what is discipline?
