You should get involved in activities and talk about them – then you will have a lot of things to talk about with your friends or relatives and just make them happy and don`t think about disappointing things. It`s better to keep away from disagreement and deal with conflicts successfully. But when it comes to solve that problem (it`s very difficult and step by step process), you must just cool off, take a deep breath and relax. Take your time to overthink once again what has happened. Don`t blame and accuse because your opponent is an individual person too and has his own mind. Be flexible and open-minded, willing to apologize, forgive and move on.
