But sometimes I want to spend time with friends, walking in the park. I find most types of recreation in the summer: hiking in the forest, cycling, picnicking in nature, going to the beach.

If a person does not rest, he turns into a workaholic, he develops depression, and illnesses appear due to physical stress.
