Our hobbies are a source of energy and positiveness. In adulthood, we often push our personal joys to the sidelines of everyday life, we have no time, but in vain. Why you need to devote more time to your hobby and how it can change and influence our lives.
A hobby is also a "plan B" in case of emergency. But this is not something that you were lazily addicted to, imitating one of your friends. A hobby is what is your true passion, what gives you pleasure, what makes the blood in your veins seethe with excitement and adds sparkle to your eyes, what you like to understand and would like to understand. Following your interest and your passion leads to meeting new interesting and enthusiastic people. And these new connections are often very useful for the core business. The hobby actually has the function of compensation, makes it possible to stop, "breathe" and be happy at least in between. This is what you can definitely count on.
