The idea of "healthy lifestyle" is not uniquely defined yet. For me it is health promotion, solution of the problem of diseases and the perfect body. If you are heath you have no headaches, backaches, pains in other parts of body, if don`t catch a cold or other illnesses you can name yourself a healthy human. To keep fit you should have a special diet and take special exercises. For example I`m leading a healthy lifestyle. I try to do morning exercises every day. In winter I go skating with my friends. In summer I swim in the river and play volleyball. And what about diet… I don`t know… I think I eat healthy food – fruit, vegetables, lots of salad, which is good for intestines and alimentary system. But I also enjoy fried food like meat or fish because I`m a growing person and I need proteins. I like dairy products like milk, cream, sour cream, cheese. They have calcium which is good for nails, bones and hair. But I still cannot say that I keep to a diet. And also for being health I don`t smoke and never drink alcohol. And I advise not to smoke for other people, it causes diseases with a fatal outcome.
