Что значит быть менеджером. Менеджерами не рождаются - вот почему редко можно встретить менеджера, который только что закончил школу или колледж или даже университет. Он должен обладать определенной квалификацией в жизни и опытом на работе прежде, чем он может стать успешным менеджером. Некоторые люди заканчивают университет и пробуют себя в руководящей роли, но их обычно называют практикантами и работают, одновременно обучаясь. Наилучший попробовать себя в роли руководителя – это усердно работать и обращать на себя внимание главного менеджера к своей работе, помнить что предыдущие руководители делали до этого. Руководителю нужно координировать работу своих подчиненных, но это не значит, что он должен только приказывать, что нужно делать. Успешный менеджер никогда не спрашивает свой персонал, как делать ту или иную задачу, которую они прежде не решали и не знают как ее решать. Если он не знает, как эту задачу решить, тогда как он собирается координировать работу по выполнению этой работы? Люди успешно проявляют себя не только из за высокой заработной платы и различных бонусов. Все мы любим, когда нам говорят, что мы сделали что то очень хорошо, или что проект получил массу отзывов от его команды насчет его лидерских качеств. Некоторые люди достигают уровня руководителя и имеют сложности с теми задачами, которые можно было решить путем субординации персоналу. Ему нужно научится позволять работе идти своим ходом и доверить его подчиненным закончить проект, который он начал. Самый худший тип менеджера – это тот, который присваивает идею или претендует на то, что придумал кто-то другой.
