Очень нужна выделить из текста тематические группы слов) A study shows that new technology is reducing children's ability to use a pencil or pen. The study is from the National Health Service in the UK. Researchers said that nowadays, children spend so much time swiping iPads or mobile phone screens that they cannot hold a pencil properly. Children are not using pencils, so they now lack the muscle strength in their hands to be able to write properly. Researcher Dr Sally Payne said: “Children are not coming into school with the hand strength and [ability] they had 10 years ago. Children coming into school are being given a pencil but are increasingly not able to hold it because they don’t have the fundamental movement skills.” The researchers said technology is changing the physical way that children write, draw or make things. Children are increasingly using technology to create. Dr Payne explained why. She said: "It's easier to give a child an iPad than encourage them to do muscle-building play such as building blocks, cutting and sticking, or pulling toys and ropes. Because of this, they're not developing the underlying foundation skills they need to grip and hold a pencil." Some experts say technology may be causing bigger problems. One expert said if a child isn't strong enough to hold a pencil, perhaps their whole body is weak. She said it was better for children's physical development to climb trees than to watch YouTube videos.

 I think that alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction are bad habits.
But that is not all.  Behavior damaging our health and shortening our life is poor eating habit. They are   fast food, snacking at the TV or a computer, late suppers etc.
Eating, for example , meals from fast food restaurants contain much fat, sugar and carcinogenic substances from frying oil is not healthy for you.
It leads to overweighing, problems with stomach and intestines and even more serious diseases.
Violations of the correct daily mode is another group of harmful behaviors.
So eating right and exercising are essential to having a healthy lifestyle.

Я думаю, что алкоголизм, курение, наркомания являются вредными привычками.
Но это еще не все. Привычка ухудшающие наше здоровье и сокращающая нашу жизнь  - не правильное питание. Это -  переедание, употребление  фаст-фуда, перекусывание у телевизора или компьютера, поздние ужины и т.д.
например,  употребление блюд из ресторанов быстрого питания содержащих много жира, сахара и канцерогенных веществ из масла для жарения не является здоровым для вас.
Это приводит к избыточному весу, проблемам с желудком и кишечником и даже к более серьезным заболеваниям.
Нарушения правильного ежедневного режима -  другая группа нездорового поведения.
Таким образом  правильное питание и физические упражнения  важны для ведения здорового образа жизни.

I consider that man’s health depends on his mode of life. To prevent the diseases it’s necessary to keep some simple regulations: to go in for sports, to eat carefully, to take a rest and to walk frequently in the open air. I’m fifteen years old and the last three years I do my morning exercises. It inspirits and gives strength to me for a whole day. I add dousing with cold water in winter. I think that conditioning to the cold is the main method for preserving my health. My favourite winter sports are cross-country skiing and skating. I prefer to run in the park and play tennis in summer. I go to the swimming pool twice a week the whole year round. Swimming increases the respiratory system. I also try to observe a day regimen. Every day I go to bed and get up at approximately the same time. I give special attention to meals. I don’t eat fatty and high-calorie foods and I don’t drink heavily gas-cut beverages. At my time of life some peers smoke and drink alcohol but I think that it’s dangerous for a human organism and sooner or later it will be injurious to our health. I think that everybody must begin to take care of his health in his youth because it’s easier to take care of our health than to recover it.
