Hi Sally,
I was very glad to have received your last letter. As to your question I can say that spring is my favourite season. There are some reasons why I enjoy it so much.
First of all, I love that particular fresh smell of spring when the air is a bit cool but at the same time has some fragrances of nature awakening from deep winter sleep. I love to observe how small leaves appear on the branches of trees. I enjoy seeing birds flying back to our place from warm countries. I like getting up early before the sunrise and watch the sun slowly appear above the horizon in the morning and start warming my room with its bright rays.
As for the weather forecast I try to watch it on TV every day. But I don't get disappointed if it forecasts stormy or rainy weather. I like almost any weather conditions that are expected to be the next day.
I also noticed that there have been some changes connected with the coming of the seasons of the year. For example, spring comes later nowadays that it did 5 or 6 years ago and it is a little cooler. At the same time, summer is hotter than it used to be and winter is warmer. The question is why not review the climate calendar? I am joking here a little...
So, you got a kitten as a present! That's great! Have you already named it? What are its preferences in eating? Is it a playful kitten or maybe it likes sleeping on the sofa all day long?
Well, I think that's all. I am waiting for your reply.
