3)I have 9 GCSEs, including Maths and English. I also have two years' experience working as a Saturday sales assistant, witch i enjoyed very much. I speak some French and German and have a good knowledge of my local area. I am described by my teachers as enthusiastic, confident and reliable.
4) I would be available for an interview at any time. I have enclosed a copy of my CV. I look forward to hearing from you.

I haven't written you for a long time, sorry! Now I'm writing to you, because I wanna tell you how do I spend the New Year.
It's the most favourite holiday of mine! Everything on the streets is covered with thick snow, and also I have winter vacation. On the 29th of Dec. me and my family always decorate the Christmas Tree! It's all in bright lights and fantastic balls and toys. Looks great! Then I'm helping my Mom to cook pasta and a turkey, some salad and fruits, while dad is decorating the house.
On the 31th we gather all together and giving the presents to each other. It's literally the best moment! After having a holiday dinner, we all come out on the streets and watch fireworks in the sky!
And how do you spend the New Year with your family! What presents do you want to buy them this year?

Здесь согласование времен - сослагательное наклонение subjunctive mood и просто past simple. В современном английском в значении русского "бы" можно использовать обе формы. Но многие это отрицают.

2. Если бы я был рок-звездой, я бы жил в Нью-Йорке.Past Simple
3. Если бы я был богатым, я бы купил тебе выпить.Past Simple
4. Если бы я был на твоем месте, я бы не ложился спать поздно.subjunctive mood
5. Если бы я был рок-звездой, я бы жил в Нью-Йорке subjunctive mood
6. Если бы я был ведущим педагогом (классным руководителем), я бы дал выходной классу. subj.mood
7. Здесь возможно ошибка - If I knew the answer Если бы я знал ответ, я бы сказал тебе. subjunctive mood
