Everyone has good and bad habits.I have them, of course.I will first describe a few of my good habits.Get up early-if I get up early, I will have time to do everything,help my loved ones.I do exercise-I understand that it is very useful and I do it every morning.I try to study-I try to study for good grades,but if I got a bad one, I try to correct it.
Now bad habits.I often skip Breakfast even though I get up early.I spend a lot of time on my computer instead of doing my homework.I do not like to brush my teeth,but I still understand that it is harmful to health, well, it is still a habit.
I have a lot of good and bad habits.I try to use the good ones often, but I try to fight the bad ones.To overcome my bad habits is one of my goals in life!

I had different habits as a kid. At that time, I occasionally snipped my nose. It annoyed my parents terribly. They didn't know what to do with it. Naturally, it didn't look healthy.
When I grew up, that habit disappeared by itself. I suppose it was influenced by the growing up period. When I got older, I had a habit of biting my lip when I was really nervous. It was noticeable in public, but uncritical. After a while, that habit disappeared too, and I didn't have any more habits. I don't have any bad habits either. I don't drink or smoke, I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I believe that bad habits are evil, because most of them, one way or another, cause irreparable damage to health, cause diseases. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, and try not to have bad habits in your life. It is better to have a few good habits that may come in handy at home than those that cause suffering.
