I don’t drink any mineral water with gas either. You should know that salt and soda delay the output of water from your organism, which prevents the slimming process. You should quit eating fast food, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Don’t forget to drink water and green tea as much as possible.
You should have a substantial breakfast, a normal dinner, and a light supper following the proverb: “Eat breakfast yourself, share dinner with a friend, give supper to an enemy.”
Try to eat from small tableware, it is very important. If you eat a little but from a big plate, you won’t eat plenty visually and will feel really hungry.
You should eat for the last time four hours before bedtime. If you eat just before bedtime, your stomach won’t have enough time to digest food and will work when you sleep, but it is very bad for your stomach.
Besides, you should exercise. Swimming, running, gym or just morning exercises will help to keep your body in good shape. There are many different kinds of sport, and you can take any, which interests you. You should select sports and exercises depending on the part of body, which you would like to correct.
