I have a good summer holidays this year. And now I want to tell you about my rest time during my summer. The school year is over and I can do that I want. But my parents decide to send me to the summer camp. At the beginning I was angry, but my adventures were waiting me in the future.
I went to the summer camp. At the beginning I didn’t feel myself well. But in the second day I got acquainted with a good boy. We are speaking a lot of time about everything in the world. We spoke about dolphins. He told me how he visited a water park with his parents. At that time he could communicate with the dolphins.
In this summer camp I took part in the swimming competitions. Our team took the first place and we were much enjoyed. My trainer said me that I was the best sportsman in our team. As for me I think when I’ll come back home I’ll go to our local sport club. I hope I shall be the best sportsman there. My friends were the best in the football, volleyball, basketball. I was out-living for my friends, when they took part in chess competitions.
We had very much interesting events in the summer camp. I was in many interesting concerts. We listened rising stars. It was so wonderful. Also I went on the dance club. I danced with the best girl in the camp. All bays wanted to meet with her, but she looked only on me. It’s so beautiful, and I was so happy. She was the best girl in our camp.
We had many interesting times. We were drawing, swimming, took part in the sports competitions, watching interesting concerts. It was the best time in my life. What I was stupid, when I was angry on my parents in the beginning of the summer.
When I came back home from the summer camp, I asked forgiveness at my parents. I thankful them for my summer holidays. Now I can tell my classmates about the best summer holidays.
Pour the eggs into the bowl with the flour and add some water.
Mix the mass until the dough is homogeneous.
Let the dough stand still for 20 minutes.
Place the dough on the table, add some more flour if necessary and knead it for 10 minutes.
Put the dough into the plastic bag and place it into the fridge.
Take the minced meat and add chopped onions, salt and pepper to prepare the stuffing for pelmeni.
Dust the table with flower. Make the roll from the dough and cut it into small pieces. Then make the dough pieces flat and thin.
Place some minced meat into the center of a piece of dough piece and pinch edges with the help of the fork or with your fingertips. Repeat this step for the rest of the dough and minced meat.
Boil the water and put pelmeni into it. Add some salt and a bay leaf.
Serve hot with sour cream or butter.

Ингредиенты:
3,5 стакана муки;
5 яиц;
2 чайные ложки соли;
перец;
1 кг мяса;
500 г лука.
Инструкции:
3 стакана муки просейте в миску.
Смешайте яйца с солью в другой миске.
Вылейте яйца в миску с мукой и добавьте немного воды.
Перемешивайте массу, пока тесто не станет однородным.
Дайте тесту постоять 20 минут.
Выложите тесто на стол, при необходимости добавьте еще немного муки и вымешивайте его в течение 10 минут.
Положите тесто в полиэтиленовый пакет и поместите его в холодильник.
Возьмите фарш и добавьте нарезанный лук, соль и перец, чтобы приготовить начинку для пельменей.
Посыпьте стол мукой. Сделайте из теста рулет и разрежьте его на мелкие кусочки. Затем сделайте куски теста плоскими и тонкими.
Поместите немного фарша в центр куска теста и защипните края с вилки или кончиками пальцев. Повторите этот шаг для остального теста и фарша.
Вскипятите воду и положите в нее пельмени. Добавьте немного соли и лавровый лист.
