Дело в том, что «мое сердце бывает сломано» – это плохой перевод с английского какого-то предложения с фразеологизмом break smb.’s heart – разбить чье-либо сердце, причинить кому-либо горе. Очень тяжело переводить вырванный откуда-то кусок. Например, выражение «It breaks my heart» переводится как «У меня сердце разрывается». И здесь не обязательно, что кто-то кого-то бросил и т.д. Контекст нужен, чтобы знать, о каком разбитом сердце идет речь. Если существует какая-то ситуация, не оставляющая Вас равнодушным, и у Вас иногда начинает, что называется, сердце кровью обливаться, то можно сказать, что “Sometimes it breaks my heart”, и пассивный залог здесь не нужен.
