Weather strongly influences the development and productivity of agricultural plants, the pace of the field work. Sudden weather changes determine the state of health of humans and animals. Detailed description of the weather allow observations at meteorological stations, which make at least 4 times per day (1, 7, 13, 19 hours). The observation results are encrypted by the international code and transmitted to the Hydrometeorological Center, where the synoptic chart is compiled. Synoptic map is a map on which the numerals and symbols applied to the results of observations at meteorological stations of the network at specific points in time, the air fronts, weather information at a certain time. Maps are a few times a day, their comparison allows you to set the direction of movement of cyclones and anticyclones, fronts of air and make the weather forecast. Usually forecast (prediction) contains information about changes in cloud cover, precipitation, wind, temperature, hazard - frost, thunderstorms, etc.
