Чтобы смысл обоих предложений был одинаковым, нужно поставить данный в предложении глагол в герундий, дабы превратить действие в существительное
Первое предложение - "почему полезно есть апельсины?" Превращаем в "в чем плюсы поедания апельсинов?" (хотя по-русски мы так, конечно, никогда не говорим)
