Как твои дела? На сколько ты знаешь я переехала в Италию. Хочу тебе рассказать про моё любимое блюдо, под названием Паста, которое является здесь традиционным. Многие могут сказать что Паста и Макароны-это одно и тоже, но это не так! В Паста (слово Паста не склоняется) добавляют муку твёрдых нежели в макароны. Делается она, как я уже сказала из муки твёрдых также там есть яйца, соль, перец, вода. Мы готовим пасту с добавлением базилика, сыра «Пармезан» и бекона. На вкус Паста немного твердее макарон, но при этом не возникает дискомфорт.
