Do и does мы используем в Present Simple. Это время обозначает действия, которые или повторяются на протяжении времени, например - Я хожу в школу каждый день или действия, которые обычно не меняются, такие как физические явление ( замерзание воды).
Если мы хотим что то сказать в этом времени, то глагол как таковой не меняется ( только добавляем на конце s, если видим he/she/it). Пример - I drink water, she drinks water.
Если нам нужен вопрос, то вперёд предложения мы ставим Does или Do, а на конце глагола уже никогда не ставится s. Пример - Do I drink water? Does she drink water?
Если нам нужно отрицание, то мы просто добавляем n’t к Do или Does и s на конце глагола тоже не ставим. Пример - I don’t drink water, she doesn’t drink water.
Вторая форма глагола вообще нигде не используется.

INTRODUCTION
Today, modern mobile devices (smartphones, tablet PCs, action cameras and other portable video registering the device) equipped with high-quality cameras with high resolution. The digital image obtained by such a device enables multi-component analysis [1] and measurement [2]. The reliability and accuracy of the indicators to a large extent depends on special software. There are a number of software products, mainly used to improve the image quality and measurements of the relative sizes of objects. An example of such software products can be iPhotoMeasure [3], MB-Ruler [4], Marker Meter [5]. While these programs are not without some disadvantages precluding their use in medical practice. Most of these software products are focused on measuring inanimate objects.
We have developed a test version of the software that allows for the analysis of the surface of the human body from the measurement of the main anthropometric parameters for digital image obtained using everyday mobile technology (the principle of "always at hand"). Such analysis and diagnosis based on it available, safe, informative and complement the clinical examination of the patient objective documented visualization.
